Name: Maha
Age: About 2 years
Health: Maha is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas, vaccinated and ready to go to her FOREVER home.
About: She is a beautiful girl, with one "eye brow" that makes her always look excited or surprised. She's is extremely affectionate and snuggles happily with any human who asks. She loves spending time with other dogs (large and small), people and children. She has not been tested with cats, but she shows no interest in chasing, so she should be fine. She was temporarily fostered at Nose for Adventure where she played and romped with dogs of all sizes. She is currently being fostered with a family complete with foster human children. They love and adore her and hope to help find her the perfect home... but only the perfect home. She is house trained too!
Story: Maha is an amazing spirit who was on the very brink of death before being found and saved. When found, she could not lift her head and didn't even have the strength to open her eyes. She was carried into a vet hospital where a decision was made to at least TRY to save her. The vet administered fluids, which immediately perked her up. Once she was revived enough she was able to drink on her own and soon ate on her own. She gulped food and water down! With veterinary care, good nutrition and love she recovered into the dog she is today. To meet Maha, please come to Petco this weekend and be ready to fall in love.
